Is love just a made up notion? In my opinion love at first sight is a made up notion and most love isn't real because people fall in and out of love all the time but to me love should be everlasting. Like a parents love for their child. Parents may not always like their children but they always love them. The word LOVE is thrown around so much now a day, dating a girl for 3 weeks you say you love her, date a boy for a month you say you love him. I don't think love is that easy or uncomplicated. People say that falling in love with your best friend is the bast thing that can happen because they know you and you know them so completely. Now what does media have to do with this? Music, television shows, movies, advertisements, everything now has something to do with love. Wither it is a love triangle in a TV show, or some cheesy video to go with a love song, or a movie where one minute they are saying love you to one person and then moved on to the next. I think that media is clouding the worlds idea of love.
